The team travelled to Portugal to the first meeting, for discussing “What has already been done? What to do now?”
The first objective is to formally notify all partners and stakeholders that the project has started and to ensure that everyone has a common understanding of the project and what their roles in it will be. Discussion topics for the first meeting:
- 1 – The action plan;
- 2 – Financial issues;
- 3 – Administrative issues;
- 4 – Distribution of tasks;
- 5 – Preparing the July LTT: Organising transport, accommodation for visitors, catering, etc;
- 6 – Discussing the planning of the “Distance learning portal “
- 7 – Workshop: Distance learning, what has already been done? What to do next?
