School networks are easy targets for criminals, but something can be done to counteract this. With a prevention strategy, schools can strengthen their defenses to limit the damage caused by a cyberattack.
Educational institutions, specifically public elementary and middle schools, provide easy targets that hackers seek. Whether internal or external, threat actors are infringing on students’ rights. If not prevented these attacks can wreak havoc on the lives of students, staff, teachers, parents and administrators.
